Spacious, typical 140m2 country house in the heart of the lively village of Penvénan, just 3 kms from the magnificent beaches and islands of Port-Blanc, its GR34 and endless coastal paths offering magical landscapes. We've got everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, from sea kayaks to childcare equipment, two bicycles (one of which is electric) and a children's carriage for exploring the coastal paths and green lanes of the Trégor region. The space The granite house, typical of the region, dates back to the end of the 19th century, and has been completely refurbished to bring it up to date, including wi-fi and a TV box with TNT channels. It comprises four bedrooms, as well as numerous indoor and outdoor living spaces. On the first floor: a large semi-open kitchen fully equipped for epicureans (multi-function food processor, five-burner Smeg gas stove, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, dishwasher...), opening onto a large, cosy breakfast area, a dining room, a large living room with flat-screen TV, a shower room with shower and washing machine, separate toilet. The sofa in the living room is a sofa-bed and can accommodate two adults. Second floor: four double bedrooms (three double rooms with 140*190cm beds, 1 of which has a cot, one room with two single beds (90*190cm) that can be moved closer together on request), double-glazed windows, bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside: accessible from the kitchen, living room or directly from the adjoining public parking lot, the enclosed garden faces the rear of the house. It features a wooden terrace area with outdoor seating and a large garden table for ten, two deckchairs and a barbecue and plancha area for summer meals. There's even an awning to protect you from the heat of Brittany. Leisure equipment available free of charge: - Two kayaks (one double, one single), available directly at the water's edge in Port-Blanc, with life jackets for all. - Two bicycles (one electric) and a children's bike cart. Helmets are required. - Ping-pong table - Various games (shuffleboard, boules, rackets, molky, board games). Baby equipment available free of charge: - A cot in one of the double rooms - A portable cot - Baby bathtub - One high chair - Bike cart for two children To sum up, this is the house par excellence for a vacation all together, with family or friends. It can accommodate up to ten travelers (and a baby), but seems ideal to us for eight people (and a baby). The house is classified as a 4-star furnished holiday home, and has also been awarded the CléVacances 3-key label. Guest access The entire house and enclosed garden are for your exclusive use. The attic of the house is closed during rentals, no one has access to it. Other things to note Linen: Linen is not included, but if you'd like to make things easier for yourself and don't want to carry your own, we can provide it at an additional cost. The fixed price is €16/person and includes a fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase and bath towels. This amount must be paid directly to our Concierge service on arrival (bank transfer, cheque or cash). Pets: we are happy to accept your pets in the house (except on the first floor, they must remain on the ground floor and in the garden), for a maximum of two pets, an additional deposit and an additional €40 cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, however, to discuss how to pay the deposit and cleaning costs.
