Laundry - The house includes a full-sized washer and dryer. Outdoor areas - Watch the lake, enjoy the birds and flowers, or relax from one of the many seating areas. The Lake - The dock is steps from the house (admittedly, there are stairs), with easy access to swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Fish are often visible right off the dock. Bring your own boat (really).
