The space For the comfort of our guests, the property has: - 2 Suites with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 auxiliary single bed, balcony and air conditioning; - 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and air conditioning; - Living room with sofa and Smart TV; - Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, pans, crockery and utensils; - Dining room with table and 4 chairs; - 3 complete bathrooms with shower, 1 of which are a guest bathroom and 2 in the suites; - 1 toilet in the external area to serve the pool area; - Backyard with outdoor furniture and private barbecue and swimming pool; - Hotel quality bed and bath linen (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-Fi available; - 2 uncovered parking spaces. * NOTE: it is necessary to climb stairs to fully access the rooms of the property. * NOTE: Guest entry is only allowed after the required documentation has been submitted for reservation confirmation and registration at the front desk (please contact the host in advance to provide the details of all guests). * Cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. If the guest would like extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are available, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half a cleaning fee. We gladly accept your pet for an additional fee of R$100 per animal. This fee is not included in the platform price and must be paid at check-in directly to the host; - Pets must relieve themselves only on the street, and any damage caused to the property will be charged during check-out inspection; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and may incur fines; - Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM; - Any breach of condominium/neighborhood rules is the guest's responsibility and may result in fines; - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay; - Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide identification documents for data verification.
