We have collected antique objects, giving a soul to this cottage. Ideally located, close to the Charente Valley and Angoulême, the capital of comics, there are many walks. THE GITE CAN BE RENTED IN A FORMULA OF 1 TO 3 BEDROOMS OR IN A "VERSION" BEDROOM (see my different listings) The space In the heart of the village of Vindelle, detached house with no neighbors in the patio and garden. On the ground floor: entrance open to the equipped kitchen with dining area and cellar, living room with access to the upper floor, toilet. Upstairs: landing, 1 attic bedroom with 160 x 190 bed (or 2 80 x 190 beds), 1 attic bedroom for 2 people with 160 x 200 bed + 1 child with 80 x 180 bed, a bathroom with toilet. Baby equipment: crib, bathtub and high chair. Internet access via 4G Box. Outside: enclosed private outdoor patio of 84 m² with garden and terrace of 25 m², garden furniture and BBQ. Parking on site. CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE A cleaning deposit of 80 euros will be required upon arrival and refunded at the end of your stay if the cottage is returned in the same condition as specified in the entry inventory carried out with you. You can also opt for the cleaning package at 80 euros if you wish. A package of 10 kW per day is included in the rate. All excess consumption will be charged upon checkout according to the pricing of the day (Edf TEMPO) using the daily consumption app. Guest access On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, toilet and garden Upstairs "Zen" room for 1–2 people "Travel" room for 1 to 3 people Bathroom with toilet Other things to note We will do an entry and exit inventory together. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
