The house is located in Teulada, a small town in the southwest of Sardinia, built in the green valley of the Riu de Monti and has just under 3000 inhabitants. The house is composed of two floors. A first floor with a large living room, 2 bedrooms each with one queen size bed and one single bed and a bathroom. The first bedroom has direct access to the balcony. A second floor with 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other one with a loft bed and one single bed, a bathroom and a large spacious kitchen with direct access to the large balcony from which you have the view of the mountains. It can accommodate 11 people. The house is equipped with all comforts and furnished with taste and care. It is located a few steps from the center of Teulada and only a few kilometers from the stunning beaches of Chia, Tuerredda, Cala Piscinnì, Porto Tramatzu and Is Arenas Bianca where you can attend diving courses, practice horse riding, sailing along the coast. It is the ideal place for lovers of archeology, art, wine and good food.
