We love living here The space Welcome to our charming Swiss wooden house, built in 1980 using traditional log construction methods and lovingly modernized over the years. Today, it combines Alpine charm with modern comforts and offers plenty of space for relaxing days with friends or family. Kitchen & living area On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with: • Induction Stove • Steamer • Oven • Warm-keeping drawer • Dishwasher The adjoining living and dining area features a large extendable wooden table, cozy sofas, and a piano—perfect for evenings spent together. Conservatory & garden The conservatory, featuring a lounge area and a rustic wooden table, invites you to enjoy the fresh mountain air. On sunny spring days, the room warms up pleasantly and quickly becomes a cozy favorite spot. In the garden, you will also find: • Seating area in the countryside • Large MOUNTAIN trampoline (from May) • Basketball hoop Wellness area A special highlight of our house is the wellness room. Here, a Finnish sauna and a rustic wooden bathtub invite you to relax after a day in the mountains. Bedrooms & rooms Upstairs, there are several cozy rooms, including a children's room with a bunk bed and a playroom. The bathroom offers: • Bathtub / shower • Double sink • WC Cozy retreats In the living area, you will find a reading corner with a sofa and a small library – the perfect place for quiet moments. Location & excursions Our house is ideally located for excursions in the Jungfrau region. Popular places like Interlaken, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen are within easy reach. Meiringen-Hasliberg and the Axalp near Brienz also offer numerous hiking and nature experiences. Special feature of our garden Behind the house, five turtles and, at times, 2 small rabbits and 2 chickens with a rooster live in a protected area. You will be looked after daily by our neighbor. Access to the area is limited. In return, you will receive a card that allows you and your guests to use public transport in the region free of charge. There are also attractive discounts in various shops and on trains.
