Apartment amidst nature-Riverdale, north of Munich

Apartment - Riverdale lies in the heart of everything awesome about Bavaria! It is made in sweet Bavarian interiors with a small river-stream running behind it. Very close to the city and the airport (15-20 mins). The bedroom has a king-size bed (160cm x 200cm) with closet; living room has 2 queen-size beds - 120cm x 200cm (one normal bed and one sofa-bed). Kitchen and bathroom are separate. The apartment is a part of our home, owners live downstairs and stay mindful towards your privacy. The space The apartment is a private and peaceful space located in a scenic town of Fahrenzhausen north of Munich. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with 40 stairs. It is ca. 60m2 big with windows in all rooms and bathroom to let the natural light in. Sleeping arrangements - king-size bed (160cm x 200cm); living room has 2 queen-size beds - 120cm x 200cm (one normal bed and one sofa-bed). Free parking is possible only either on our property address (if available) or on the side of the city street called Eichet (just write 'Eichet, Fahrenzhausen' in googl-maps or appl-maps to find the street). Strictly No parking at our neighbours parking places, even if they are available, otherwise you are liable to pay a fine. HIGHLIGHTS: Easily accessible by car: 20 mins to Munich airport, 20 mins to historical cities of Freising and Dachau, 25 mins to Munich and an hour away to bavarian alps! By public transport: from Fahrenzhausen you can take a regular bus service to the S-bahn train station Lohhof which connects to city of Munich and Freising directly. - A few steps away from outdoor activities. Hiking/Biking for all levels in the surroundings, a swim lake is 5 mins by walk among many others in and around 20 kms of radius. Opportunity for a refreshing morning forest walk is also close by. -Therme Erding the largest thermal bath complex in Europe is 30 mins away - Fast WiFi - Washer - TV with Firestick - access to streaming apps for some "Netflix & chill" time, with your own logins please. - Free parking is possible only either on our property address or on the city street - Eichet (paste following on maps to find parking street- 8HX8+G4M Fahrenzhausen (googl maps); 48,34857° N, 11,56554° E (appl maps) ). It is 50 meters from the apartment. Ours is a very safe town, so don’t worry about your car. You are not allowed to park at our neighbours address, they can get your call towed away with a heavy fine if you park at their address. Guest access Full apartment Other things to note Pet Access: 1. We allow only the pets (dogs and cats) which are properly toilet-trained, kids friendly and well-behaved. We suggest guests / pet owners to carry pet-specific cleaning agents with them to clean any pet stains / pee / poo. 2. We do not prefer pets to climb on our furnishings like sofas, sessels or beds. 3. Guests (pet owners) will be liable for any damage caused to the property or its belongings. All costs from damages will be taken-over by the guests / pet owners. The space: - The space is completely private; the house owner live in the same building on ground-floor and 1st floor. - No access to the mailbox; a PO Box is recommended for your stay. Deliveries not recommended. - Use your own logins to streaming apps. - No smoking/vaping or cigarettes inside - Quiet hours 10PM to 8AM. LONG-TERM RENTAL NOTICE: If you are staying for 7 days or more, please be aware of the following: - We provide initial consumable items, but guests are responsible for replenishing those items. - Please keep the unit clean and take out your trash/recycle according to the pickup schedule. We clean the unit completely, change bedding and towels, and take out trash/recycle between different bookings/guest arrivals, of course. - We will replace sheets and towels as desired on a weekly basis for long-term rentals.
