Welcome to our peaceful guest house in Nordanå, named after our brave eighty year old Chinese secoja trees. In the country but close to the city. Three minutes from the E6/E20 European highway. Ten km to central Malmö. Two kilometers to the nearest shopping center. Two Lifebike Comfort electric bikes are available for guests to borrow free of charge. The bus stop for Malmö is a ten-minute walk away. The bus ride to central Malmö takes about 15 minutes. Lomma's beautiful beach is 13 km away. The space The guest house is 43 square meters and is located separately on our property with a private entrance from the cozy inner courtyard! Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, toaster, etc. Bathroom with shower and combined washer/dryer. Sleeping alcove with a 160 cm queen size bed and wardrobe for clothes storage. Living room with dining area, smart TV with Chromecast and Google Nest speaker, sofa bed that can become a 140 cm double bed, and dressers for storage. The entire guest house has underfloor heating and an air-source heat pump/air conditioning in the living room. Very fast internet via Wi-Fi. From the living area and bathroom, you have a view of our large, lush garden! Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, we do not allow pets in the guesthouse. We have a no-smoking policy, and smoking is not allowed in the house or in the courtyard. When booking for two people, we make up the double bed. Please let us know if you also wish to use the sofa bed. Guest access Guests have access to the guest house and courtyard. Free parking in the front of the house for one car. Overnight garage location can be offered for motorbike. Two new Lifebike Comfort electric bikes are available for guests to borrow. The bikes are comfortable and easy to ride, and have an electric range of 70 km. High-speed internet via WiFi. Smart 4K TV with Netflix and other streaming services, free Swedish TV channels and many international channels. Unfortunately, we cannot offer electric car charging. The garden is private and not available to guests. Other things to note We prefer that whoever books our place is also the one to come as a guest. If you book for someone else or for a company, let us know at time of booking please. The two electric bicycles can be borrowed by guests free of charge. Bicycles must always be locked with the chain when not in use and must not be left unattended due to the risk of theft.
