Stay in the countryside, 15 min to central Malmö

Welcome to our peaceful guest house in Nordanå, named after our brave eighty year old Chinese secoja trees. In the country but close to the city. Three minutes from the E6/E20 European highway. Ten kilometres to central Malmö. Two kilometres to the nearest shopping centre with a large supermarket, petrol station, shops and fast-food restaurants. Bus stop to Malmö is a ten minute walk away and the bus ride to central Malmö takes about 15 minutes. Lomma's beautiful beach is 13 km away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes. The space The guest house is 43 sqm and is located separately on our property with a private entrance from the cozy courtyard! Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, toaster, etc. Bathroom with shower and combined washer/dryer. Bedroom alcove with 160 cm double bed and wardrobe for clothing storage. Living room with dining area, smart TV with Chromecast, and Google Nest speakers, sofa bed that can become a 140 cm double bed and drawers for storage. The entire guest house has underfloor heating and very fast internet via Wi-Fi. From the living room and bathroom, you have views of our large lush garden! For the sake of allergy sufferers, we do not allow pets in the guest house. We have a no-smoking policy and smoking is not allowed in the house or in the courtyard. When booking for two people, we make the double bed. Let us know if you also want to use the sofa bed as a bed. Guest access Guests have access to the guest house and the courtyard. Free parking in the front of the house for one car. Overnight garage location can be offered for motorbike. Three old bikes are available if you want to explore the local area. High speed internet via WiFi. Smart 4K TV with Netflix and other streaming services, free Swedish TV channels as well as many international channels. Unfortunately, we cannot offer electric car charging. The garden is private and not accessible to guests. Other things to note We prefer that the person who books our accommodation is also the person who comes as a guest.
