SERENDIPITY ~ room & relax ~ is located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, behind the famous Politeama Theater. Its strategic location allows you to be within walking distance of the port, the cove, and countless clubs and restaurants. The main artistic monuments and historical buildings are within walking distance, without having to use transportation. The space Our property is located on the fourth floor of a 1960s building, behind the famous Politeama Theater, in a comfortable and elegant apartment that has recently been renovated. The apartment is bright, with modern rooms with a Scandinavian mood and attention to detail. All four double rooms, spacious and with a cozy atmosphere, are equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, hairdryer, towels, flat-screen TV, heating and free Wi-Fi. Two of them have balconies with views and wireless charging. Guest access The property offers a shared breakfast room, ideal for guests who want to start the day in a friendly and welcoming environment. This space is perfect for socializing and enjoying a carefully prepared breakfast, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience for all visitors. During your stay I will be present and available every morning for breakfast and to welcome you. I'll always be in touch with you by cell phone. Other things to note Check-in time is set in the time slot from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (it is advisable to communicate your arrival time half an hour in advance). Check-out time is set for 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. It is not allowed to bring people into the B&B whose identity document has not been registered. Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Smoking is prohibited inside the common areas and rooms. It is mandatory to turn off the lights, television and other systems when leaving the B&B. Guests are invited to close the front door, the main door and take care of the keys. Please do not leave the keys in the lock. Guests must return the keys before departure.
