Cozy bedroom near shopping and dining

This is a fantastic spot within a 5-20 minute drive to everything you want or need: 7 mi to downtown Delray Beach 5 mi to the beach 1-2 mi to TONS of bars/restaurants and shopping (The mall and every grocery store are nearby in case you forgot anything for your trip) 3 mi to Tri Rail 39 mi to FLL, 14 mi to PBI, 61 mi to MIA This cozy home inside a quiet neighborhood includes: Cozy, shabby-chic styled bedroom with a view of the plant-filled patio. The shared bathroom is right outside the door. The space Your room is one of three we rent out on Airbnb. It's equipped with a desk and chair, garment rack and comfy full-size bed so you can sleep in, keep your luggage organized, and keep up with work all in your room. The tv in your room is also equipped with Chromecast so you can cast your streaming apps right from your own devices! The bedroom and bathroom doors have privacy locks for your comfort and the shared bathroom is only a step or two away so you're not walking across the house in your jammies. You'll feel right at home with access to the common living spaces and kitchen. After your travels, feel free to relax on the couch to watch your favorite shows by casting from your device to the tv. If you're into more analog entertainment, grab a board game and head to the dining room. You're also welcome to enjoy a cold beverage on the patio! Location makes this a great destination for a beach vacation with quick access to the cities and nightlife. We have plenty of recommendations to help you explore the neighborhood and beyond! Feel free to reach out with questions or check out our guidebook through the app. Guest access The shared living room, kitchen, dining room and patio are available for the guests to use. Light use of the kitchen is preferred, but full use and cookware are available, just let us know. We do ask that guests clean up after themselves, but the dishwasher in the kitchen makes that super easy. During your stay I actually travel nearly full time these days, but still spend chunks of time in my Florida Home whenever I can! That being said, I am always available through the app or by phone and have people nearby on call for emergencies. If you have questions about your stay, need a recommendation, or help figuring out the board game instructions, I make myself available to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and relaxing as possible! In terms of communication: I'm available through the app for the quickest response, but once your stay begins you'll have my personal contact as well. Other things to note Parking is limited to 1 guest spot only unless previously discussed and approved. The living room and bedroom TVs have their own Chromecast so you can stream from your own devices once you're connected to the WiFi. There is no cable or local channels so you can only watch whatever you can stream from your own services.
