Back Balcony is open to sky for drying. The space By booking Madhuvan, you get 2 private A/C Rooms, each attached with a private bathroom. Room1 is attached to independent Bath & Toilet units via a changing Room. Thus the wash-basin, Bath and Toilet may be used simultaneously by 3 persons of a family. The Room3 Non-AC room may be used as a Hobby Room and a Bed Room. There is option to share (or lock) the access to the abovementioned BathRoom1. In addition, 800 sft common sharing spaces are available, Which include: - the Office Meeting Room, - Pantry, washing Machine, - 2 balconies, etc. Room1 is connected to the Back Balcony with option to sharing / privacy by locking the access. Room2 has is directly connected to the common sharing spacious Front Balcony for picturesque views. Get the codes for the Number Locks (from Owner). Lock-1: Main entry - Grill Door to Ground Floor, to enter the stair-well. Lock-2: Main Entry Door to First Floor Meeting Hall . (Remove the shoes in the rack outside of this lock). This is the common sharing area. Locks-3, 4 & 5: Entry Door to Your private Rooms. Thus - No restriction on entry-exit time (except the check-in/out). Guests right to privacy is limited only till their Private Rooms. Common Sharing Area (Locks -1 & 2) are to be left open to Madhuvan Team, round the clock. Your visitors are welcome: - in Limited Number, for limited time. - only till the common sharing areas. Your Visitors are not allowed in your private Bed-Room.
