It is centrally located in New Bethlehem, PA at the midpoint of the 51-mile Redbank Valley Trail just 65 miles from Pittsburgh via SR 28/66, 16 miles from I-80 Clarion exit 64, 18 miles from I-80 exit 78 in Brookville, walkable to many restaurants, with secure bike storage available and free parking on site. Self-service breakfast options are offered. The space Suite 1 in the Inn has a roomy queen size bedroom with large closet and mirrored dresser with chair. The open living/dining/full kitchen has a comfortable full size pull out sofa to accommodate 1 adult or 2 children and chair and dining room table that seats 4. The unit was built out in July 2023, but retains its old style charm with original 1930-40s wood doors and transom windows. It has a full bath with shower but no tub accessible from the living room. Flooring is rigid core vinyl. No carpets. An adjacent conference room overlooking the trail is available for rental. Guest access Check in is at The Gallery at New Bethlehem Town Center at 419 Arch Street, New Bethlehem which is at the east end of the same building. An elevator is available when the Gallery is open. During other hours access is through a separate set of stairs at the coded 413 entrance. Access to the unit is by the same coded entry which is different than that of the 3 bedroom unit. Access for bike storage is available at 421 Arch Street at the far end of the building. Access to the washer and dryer at $2 per load is in the hallway outside the unit. An adjacent conference room seating 20-25 people is available through the unit's living room or the Gallery by separate rental. Other things to note A 5% Clarion County hotel tax and a 6% PA sales tax on the room cost will be collected at booking or check in.
