The space This modern, stylish holiday villa benefits from two lovely ensuite bedrooms, each with their own veranda. There is also a huge sofa bed in the living area, providing additional sleeping accommodation for 2 persons. This gorgeous villa also boasts three full bathrooms, two ensuite bathrooms and one separate bathroom. A modern, fully fitted kitchen, with dishwasher and coffee maker and full range of cooking utensils. There is also a storage room with a washing machine. The villa has been decorated and furnished in a wonderfully tasteful style by the Italian owners. The living area is spacious and light. Patio doors lead to the outside private heated (April, May, October and November) pool and dining area, where you will find a BBQ with plenty of preparation space. The pretty garden is well tended with beautiful mediterranean trees and plants. This villa, being so close to Gennadi, means that you can take advantage of all the amenities the lovely traditional village of Gennadi has to offer. There is a fabulous bakery for fresh bread and other delights that you can stroll to in the mornings, cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, post office, a pharmacy and a doctor. The local beach is also just a 10-minute walk and is lined with three excellent fish tavernas right on the sand. There are also a couple of great beach bars which are just a few minutes’ drive from the villa. If you are looking for activity during your stay in Rhodes, horse riding, fishing, watersports, windsurfing and kitesurfing are nearby.
