Welcome to our charming parlor-level space, a cozy retreat in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn. This 800 sq ft parlor level was freshly renovated in 2023, and features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a full kitchen. The space is ideally located within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as subway and bus stops. It is a 7 min walk from Atlantic Terminal. The space Our parlor space features a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a tasteful blend of modern amenities and classic charm. The open-concept living area includes a brand new Plain English kitchen with a dining table, as well as a comfortable lounge space, complete with a desk, electric fireplace, and comfortable seating. Ample natural light filters through large windows. Bedrooms: The main bedroom has south-facing window and a comfortable queen bed (Leesa mattress). The smaller bedroom/office features a daybed and a queen mattress can also be supplied for the floor (great for kids). All the rooms have new Mitsubishi mini-splits that provide heating and cooling. Bathroom: Freshen up in the well-appointed bathroom. Fluffy towels, complimentary toiletries, and a relaxing shower await you. Kitchen: The fully-equipped designer kitchen provides a convenient space to prepare your meals. You'll find everything you need, including a Bertazzoni induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso maker, toaster, and essential cookware.
