Two bedrooms have a queen size bed, closet, large dresser drawers, blackout curtains & a full length mirror. The third bedroom is a dedicated work space. ★Office Space/3rd Bedroom: The third bedroom is a dedicated work space that includes an electric standing desk, a monitor and a phone charging stand. This space can be changed into a 3rd bedroom with Closet. ★Kitchen: Fully equipped including pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, spices, Nespresso coffee maker and more! ★Dining: Large kitchen table ★Living Room: 55" Smart TV ★Parking: Carport and driveway Special Note: The office space can be converted into a 3rd bedroom with a double bed upon request. ★Cameras: We have six actively recording cameras that record video and audio on the exterior of the property . They overlook the following areas: front door, back door, carport, front yard, back yard and side yard. ★Monthly Clean We clean the home on a monthly basis. If you are staying longer than one month, we will get in touch with you to schedule the monthly cleaning. ★Government ID We require a Government ID after booking.
