We have done new remodeling, painting, furniture and new equipment, namely on the top floor, which has been completely remodeled. Guest access The chalet is located in a paradise area, surrounded by banana trees and tropical plants, and about a 10-minute walk from the beach. It has a small lawn, and the parking lot is covered with vines. We advise our guests to be very careful with the access road, and if they have difficulties driving, they should leave the car on the main road. Other things to note The Chalet area is very isolated, many locals don't even know it exists. In World War II, the place served as a clandestine port, where small boats left that supplied submarines of the belligerent nations, namely German, a completely illegal activity, as Portugal was a neutral country. Right in front of the chalet, on the west side, there is a chapel dedicated to Our Lady of Life, built in the 18th century by fishermen who were saved from a shipwreck in front of this place. Please note that a tourist tax of €2 per night is payable, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, per person and per night.
