Enjoy the calm of the countryside while discovering the cultural treasures of the surroundings. The space 🌿 Welcome to our charming outbuilding in the countryside, just minutes from Albi! A small, bright and modern cocoon, ideal for a relaxing break or a family getaway. 🛏️ The accommodation includes: A cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed for 2 adults, A sofa bed in the living room, A modern bathroom with shower, A fully equipped kitchen to prepare good meals, A cozy seating area to relax after a busy day. Outside, enjoy a private enclosed garden, a private Jacuzzi for your moments of relaxation, and a swimming pool shared with us (we respect your privacy but will be able to use it when you are not there). A barbecue is also available for friendly outdoor meals. Maximum capacity is 2 adults and 2 children. The accommodation is equipped with fiber internet and air conditioning for your comfort. You will have a private car space within our fenced residence. A little practical info: the village is very quiet and without shops, remember to plan your shopping (the nearest supermarket is 8 minutes away by car). Breakfast can be served on request, at €9 per person, to be notified before your arrival. We look forward to welcoming you for a peaceful stay between nature and comfort! Guest access You will have full and private access to the outbuilding as well as the garden that surrounds it. The Jacuzzi is for your exclusive use. The pool is shared with us, the owners, and you have priority to enjoy it — we will only use it when you are not there. A private parking space is reserved for your vehicle in the fenced residence. The accommodation is accessible via a secure gate with a lockbox. We ask that you respect the key lock of the gate giving access to the pool as well as the closure of the jacuzzi after each use, for the safety of children. The accommodation is non-smoking. If you would like to enjoy breakfast, please let us know before you arrive. Other things to note Outdoor surveillance cameras For safety reasons, two cameras are installed outside the accommodation: – a camera on the doorbell, located at the entrance gate, – a camera fixed on the facade of the house, facing the gate, garden, pool and jacuzzi. These devices make it possible to monitor access to the property as well as the water areas. No cameras film the inside of the accommodation. For everyone's safety, especially children, please keep the pool access gate locked and close the jacuzzi after use. Children in the accommodation remain under the full responsibility of their parents for the duration of the stay. House rules are available for your use.
