A truly bright and modern cocoon, ideal for a relaxing break or a family getaway, quiet and surrounded by nature. 🛏️ The property consists of: A cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed for 2 adults, A cozy living room with a reversible sofa, Modern bathroom with shower, A fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals independently, A cozy seating area to relax after a busy day. 🌸 Outside, you will enjoy a private enclosed garden, a private Jacuzzi for your moments of relaxation, as well as a swimming pool shared with us. 👉 To ensure your peace of mind, we respect your privacy and use the pool only when you are not there. ⚠️ The jacuzzi and pool are accessible only at certain times of the year (dates specified in amenities). A barbecue is also available for friendly alfresco meals. Capacity: up to 2 adults and 2 children. baby equipment available on request. ✨ For your comfort: Fiber internet connection with Netflix, Air conditioned, Private parking space within our fully fenced residence. 🛒 Practical information: The village is very quiet and does not have shops. Remember to plan your shopping in advance (the nearest supermarket is an 8-minute drive away). 🍽️ Breakfast can be served on request at a rate of €9 per person, to be booked before your arrival. We will be delighted to host you for a peaceful stay combining nature, comfort and quality services ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Guest access You will have full and private access to the outbuilding as well as the garden that surrounds it. The Jacuzzi is for your exclusive use. The pool is shared with us, the owners, and you have priority to enjoy it — we will only use it when you are not there. A private parking space is reserved for your vehicle in the fenced residence. The accommodation is accessible via a secure gate with a lockbox. We ask that you respect the key lock of the gate giving access to the pool as well as the closure of the jacuzzi after each use, for the safety of children. The accommodation is non-smoking. If you would like to enjoy breakfast, please let us know before you arrive. Other things to note Outdoor surveillance cameras For safety reasons, two cameras are installed outside the accommodation: – a camera on the doorbell, located at the entrance gate, – a camera fixed on the facade of the house, facing the gate, garden, pool and jacuzzi. These devices make it possible to monitor access to the property as well as the water areas. No cameras film the inside of the accommodation. For everyone's safety, especially children, please keep the pool access gate locked and close the jacuzzi after use. Children in the accommodation remain under the full responsibility of their parents for the duration of the stay. House rules are available for your use.
