The overall environment is safe and tidy, suitable for walking and relaxing, and also suitable for children and pets. There is a rockery and a pond in the courtyard, where you can sit and watch the goldfish swim. The garden has more than a dozen fruit trees, which rotate throughout the four seasons - lemons, grapes, cherries, pears, apricots, passion fruit, etc., bringing different surprises in different seasons. Other things to note 🏡 House Rules ✅ Number of guests and pets Please be sure to fill in the actual number of guests and the number of pets you are bringing correctly when making a booking. If you need to add more guests or pets, please request a change to your reservation in advance through the platform. The declared additional fees are: • AUD $30 / person / night • AUD $30/pet/night ⚠️ If it is found that the number of guests or pets has been increased without prior declaration, A violation fee of AUD $60/person/pet/night will be charged, and it may affect your eligibility for future stays. The checkered glass door is the entrance. 🧼 Indoor Cleaning • 👞 Please take off your shoes after entering the house to keep the indoor area clean. • 🥿 We have prepared clean slippers for you. 🤫 Quiet neighborhood • This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and parties are not allowed. • Please keep quiet between 10 pm and 7 am to avoid disturbing the neighbors. 💰 Avoid extra charges • 🍽️ Please wash and put away used dishes and cutlery. If not washed, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. • 🧴 Do not use towels to wipe off makeup to avoid leaving stains that are difficult to wash out. • 🐾 Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas, or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. • ⏰ Check-out is at 10:00 AM. A $50 per hour fee will apply for any late checkout. 🌿 Use of common areas • The front and back yards are shared spaces, and you may encounter other residents. • It is prohibited to leave pets alone in the yard to avoid disturbing other residents. ⚠️ Winter is the peak period for electricity usage. Heaters, air conditioners, and stoves are all high-power appliances. If they are turned on at the same time, it is very likely to trigger a circuit overload trip. The house's electrical box is located at the corner where the front yard leads to the backyard. In the event of a power outage or circuit breaker tripping, you can go and reset the circuit breaker yourself. Before resetting, please turn off some of the high-power appliances to reduce the circuit load and avoid another power outage. 🔌 EV Charging The electricity fee for the house only covers daily household electricity. If you need to charge an electric vehicle, please be sure to communicate with the host in advance and obtain approval. An additional electricity fee will be charged for charging.
