There is a rockery and a pond in the courtyard where you can watch the goldfish swim at your leisure. The high-quality queen bed with a comfortable sofa and coffee table creates the perfect corner for relaxation and leisure. 🌿 Second bedroom + bathroom A quiet and refreshing single room with a simple and elegant layout, equipped with a comfortable single bed and practical desk and chair, suitable for quiet reading and convenient for remote work. Specially equipped with a full-body massage chair, you can relax and rejuvenate after a trip or after work. The room is directly connected to a clean and bright bathroom (shared with the master bedroom), which is convenient to use and makes life more comfortable. 🍳 Kitchen and dining area Fully equipped with microwave, oven, toaster for easy everyday cooking. The kitchen is also thoughtfully stocked with basic seasonings (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) to make cooking easier. Other things to note 🏡 House rules Number of people ✅ staying with pets Please be sure to fill in the actual number of guests and pets you are bringing when you are making a booking. If you need to add more guests or pets, please request a change to your booking in advance through the platform. The additional fees declared are: • AUD $30/person/night • AUD $30/pet/night ⚠️ If we find out that the number of guests or pets has been increased without prior notice, A violation fee of AUD $60/person/pet/night will be charged. Please understand that this may affect your eligibility for future stays. 🚗 Parking & Entrance • Please park in dedicated parking spot A. • Entrance to the property 15a is located in the backyard through a wooden gate and down the lattice glass door is the entrance. Quiet 🤫 neighborhood • This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and parties are not allowed. • Please be quiet from 10pm to 7am to avoid disturbing the neighbors. 💰 Avoid extra charges • 🍽️ Please wash and put away used dishes and chopsticks, additional cleaning fees will be charged if not washed. • 🧴 Do not use facial towels to wipe off make up, so as not to leave stains that are difficult to clean. • 🐾 Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas or additional cleaning fees will be charged. • ⏰ Check out is at 10am; for late check out, there will be a charge of $50 per hour. 🌿 Common area use • The front yard is shared with the backyard and may encounter other residents. • Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the yard for other occupants. 🔌 EV Charging Electricity is only included for daily use. If you need to charge an electric vehicle, be sure to communicate with the Host in advance and get approval. An additional electricity fee will be charged for charging.
