This newly built 4-bedroom family friendly cabin offers everything from a peaceful place to take in the beautiful sunsets, to the excitement of campfires, kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, and swimming. Drive right up to the front door and enjoy! We are located 20 minutes from all the amenities in the town of Kenora and several Lake of the Woods hot spots & landmarks. The space The west coast contemporary cottage is bright and airy, featuring 15-foot ceilings and tons of lake front windows, opening to a deck that covers the full frontage. The cabin offers a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living space, sunroom, large deck overlooking the lake with both sitting and dining area, including a fire table and BBQ. If you take a quick one-minute walk through the trees you will find a sunset deck, perfect for relaxing and watching the sun go down after a fun filled day. The recently added dock has space for 2 boats, and a seating area to enjoy those lake views! The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (including dishwasher and drink fridge), cookware, large island with lots of space for food prep and entertaining, and large walk-in pantry. The large open concept dining/living room is perfect for entertaining and family dinners, including a dining table that sits 10. The “Great Room” also features a cozy woodburning stove for those cool nights and a comfortable sitting area and smart TV. Attached to the “Great Room”, you will find a large four-season sunroom with lake views. The large master bedroom offers a walk out to the large deck overlooking the lake, ensuite bath with shower and smart TV. The second bedroom offers a queen and single bunk bed, while the third has 2 bunk beds (double on bottom and single top bunks). The fourth bedroom has a double bed. Other indoor spaces include a full bathroom with a full size tub and shower, half bath, separate laundry room. We have fast and reliable wifi, allowing guests to stream movies, music, using their own streaming services, or work remotely. Outdoor firepit area with lots of seating!
