BATHROOMS In-suite bathroom to master bedroom with corner whirlpool jacuzzi, handheld shower, travertine tiles, and enchanted custom vanity cabinet. LAUNDRY ROOM For added convenience, there's a full laundry with a stacked washer/dryer as well as an ironing board and iron. Accurate occupancy - maximum occupancy AND extra guest fees: we utilize a base price up to first 6 guests to accommodate smaller groups such as families (generally 2 parents and 2-4 children) and/or lover's retreats (generally 1-2 couples) AND extra guest fee for each additional guest up to our maximum occupancy of 8 applies. The extra guest fee is $25 per person per night. Basic Rules: - no CATS!! No exceptions!! Due to severe allergies!! - no fireworks - maximum 2 dogs as per our community By-Laws - no "day-guests/visitors" on the premises (our amenities and activities are for registered guests only) AND the maximum occupancy applies for all guests on the premises at all times! There is one (1) camera monitoring our parking area and entrance to the house. It is mounted on the front of the house. No additional cameras indoor or anywhere else on the premises including our back yard as we value our guests' privacy. Tempering with the camera and/or Wi-Fi system is not allowed and would be considered grounds for immediate termination of the reservation with no refunds issued. Please Note: Our home is nestled in the scenic Pocono Mountains, offering a peaceful nature escape. Due to our location, rare but possible burn bans may be enforced by local authorities to ensure safety. If a burn ban is in effect during your stay, the fire pit may not be used. We appreciate your understanding, as this is beyond our control and no refunds will be issued in such cases. Additionally, because all power and internet lines are above ground, there may occasionally be temporary outages due to weather or unforeseen events. While uncommon, we want to ensure guests are aware in advance. These events are also outside of our control and refunds cannot be offered for any loss of service. Guest access You have access to the entire home. Other things to note Often wildlife, especially deer are seen close up (they often pose for photos). Sometimes you can see Eagles & Falcons and always see lots of Red Bellied Woodpecker, Red Cardinals and hummingbirds. Binoculars are a good thing to have! IMPORTANT NOTICES 1. Basic Rules: - no CATS!! - no fireworks - no "day-guests/visitors" on the premises (our amenities and activities are for registered guests only - we are NOT a party house) AND the maximum occupancy applies for all guests on the premises. 4. A request to re-confirm all above listed rules will be sent to all guests AND a response required including instant bookings AND breach of any of the basic rules would be a ground for immediate termination of the reservation with NO refund! 5. There is one (1) camera monitoring our parking area and entrance to the house. It is mounted on the front of the house. No additional cameras indoor or anywhere else on the premises including our back yard as we value our guests' privacy. Tempering with the camera and/or Wi-Fi system is not allowed and would be considered grounds for immediate termination of the reservation with no refunds issued. 6. Additionally, as we are located in the beautiful Pocono mountains, there might be occasional 'burn ban/fire ban' in effect to protect public safety and the environment. These are rare but completely out of our control and as such, no refunds will be issued IF a burn ban/fire ban is in effect and the fire pit cannot be used. 7. Finally, as we are located in the mountains and all power lines/utility lines are above the ground, occasionally there might be loss of power and/or internet due to weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances. As these are completely out of our control, no refunds will be issued in case of loss of power or internet service.
