Rustic-style Quebec chalet in Val Morin

Rustic-style country house, 2 floors, 3 closed bedrooms, 4 beds. Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, cyclists and skiers. Located 2 steps from the "P'tit Train du Nord" bike path and the Val Morin Regional Park! 5 minutes from the pretty public beach of Lac Raymond (with lifeguard). Several alpine ski mountains less than 20 minutes away. 30 minutes to Mont Tremblant. 4 kilometers from Val David, and all services; grocery store, restaurants etc. The space The house is very bright with a large private plot with deer and blue jays. There are 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed and a small desk for a computer. There's also another single bed in a small boudoir on the same floor. It is possible to move the mattress to put it in the smallest bedroom or in the master bedroom, which is double and very spacious to accommodate a child. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. So a total of 8 people if you open the sofa bed. In short, a perfect house for a small family or for 2 couples with children. There is air conditioning on both floors for your comfort during a heat wave. It is a very peaceful place for those who want to come and relax close to nature. The house is located 2 minutes by bike from the small train station and the "P'tit train du Nord" bike path, the public beach of Lac Raymond and the village center with its Théâtre du Marais and the Awayan Microbrewery. Very good reliable wifi connection accessible from the gallery and garden, nice place for teleworking. Welcome to outdoor enthusiasts, cyclists and skiers in winter. Several ski mountains 20 minutes by car and 10 minutes from Val David and Sainte-Adèle and all services; grocery store, restaurants, shops, cinema, Strom Spa Saint-Sauveur (Polar Bear/Bagny Spa). Guest access Private and intimate garden behind the house where there is the possibility of making a small fire, when there is no ban because of the weather conditions, of course. No parties with guests allowed. Other things to note There is a small studio in the basement with a private entrance through the garage, which I keep as a pied-à-terre to sleep with my dog at night.
