The space This is a fully furnished unit equipped with cooking materials and equipment in which you can cook your desired food and a washer area where you can wash your clothes and sheets. It has a balcony with a superb ocean view that makes you feel at ease. The bathroom also has a water heater, which you can use when you want warm or hot water. We also have a free water gallon for the duration of your stay. The front desk may require you to surrender your valid I.D. If you will present passport as your valid ID, you must photocopy it because the front desk staff will not accept it. - Parking fee is 350Php/day, 5000php/month (Subject to availability) - Pool fee is 200Php (to be paid to PMO/Front desk) - Pool is open from 6AM to 9PM except THURSDAY. - Gym fee is 50Php/daily session or Monthly fee of 1,000Php/head (Applicable for long term tenants only) - NO PETS ALLOWED inside unit - Only 6 guests are welcome regardless of age. - Check in time: 2:00 PM - Check out Time 11:00 AM - Early check in fee is 200Php/hour (maximum of 4 hours) if it exceeds that is equivalent of one-night stay to be paid in cash (just put it inside the box) - Late checkout is 200Php/hour (maximum of 4 hours) if it exceeds that is equivalent of one-night stay to be paid in cash (just put it inside the box) Upon checking out... - Please unplug/turn off all the appliances and lights - You may just check out on your own on or before 11AM. Just make sure to lock the door and put the key back in the key storage. NOTE: - In the event of consumption overuse, we will charge additional fees in excess of the usual bill. Tip: Just use the electricity and water wisely and economically to avoid penalties. - Throw your garbage at the upper ground floor (in the parking area, near the entrance stairs) - Visitors are not allowed to stay(sleep) inside the unit. If caught, there will be a penalty of 300Php.
