Comfy double room & private bathroom

Stay with us in our recently renovated and decorated guest room and private bathroom. We'd love to welcome you! We're on a quiet road a short bus ride or 20min walk from Tooting Broadway station (Northern Line - Zone 3), Tooting (Thameslink). We're a family of four - Ellie and James, with our early teen twins. As these are shared spaces within a family home, we don't accept single sex male-only groups. We also have a friendly and very lazy greyhound, Sparky. Free on-street parking. The space This is a comfortable private double bedroom and private bathroom in our family home. We're on a friendly residential street, a healthy walk or a short bus ride from Tooting Broadway Underground Station. On the ground floor is our kitchen, living room, and dining room - you're very welcome to make meals, and make yourself comfortable in this shared space. Your bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor, at the rear of the property - the street is quiet anyway. We have a dog, Sparky, who is a very lazy greyhound who will be at home. We're a family home so there will be normal family hustle and bustle, until about 9.30-10pm. There is a full bathroom, recently renovated which will be for your sole use and locked from the hallway and from inside the bathroom (there are 'jack and jill doors). Guest access You will have private access to your bedroom and bathroom during your stay and are very welcome to use the kitchen to cook, the dining room to eat and the living room to relax (the ground floor is awaiting redecoration so is a little worn!). We can meet you to gain access, or leave a key in a key box in our porch. If the latter we'll give you clear details for entry by message before you arrive. During your stay We'll be going about work/life/school while you are with us - Ellie works from home so will be on hand if you need help with anything. We love meeting new people so are very happy to interact with you as much or as little as you like and will take our cues from you. Other things to note We don't accept lone male guests or male same sex groups travelling together. We do of course accept partners and couples of any and all genders.
