Brand new spacious studio apartment centrally located in Derby with parking Enjoy a comfortable bed with hotel quality linen in a quiet building set back off the road We want it to be a home from home so tea and coffee is provided with a little snack on arrival and all the cooking provisions you could need We think we've got you covered but if there's anything you need your hosts are always on hand to help The space The apartment has all the facilities you expect from a 'home from home'. Each apartment has a modern bathroom with cubicle shower, full kitchen facilities, a dining table, TV and plenty of storage for all your clothes! We have a very comfortable bed with hotel linen and both duck down and faux pillows for anyone with allergies. Full size and hand towels are also provided for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including a kettle, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and crockery. We also provide cooking oil and salt and pepper to get you started with your cooking. The bathrooms are all equipped with excellent showers with hot water direct from the boiler (not electric showers!) and enough toilet paper to make sure you don't run out! We also provide two sets of boutique shower gel and hair products for the full 'hotel experience'. The property is a large Victorian era property that has been newly converted into studio apartments. It was once a huge house and has a very impressive prescence with the stone columns at the entrance. The building is set back off the road and fronted by mature trees which helps keep the noise to a minimum. We have had shift workers stay who have commented how quiet it is during the day! The check in time is ‘flexible’. If you require check in before 12:30PM you must confirm with us in advance that it’s available as if we have a guest in the night before we need time to make sure the studio is spotless for your arrival. Check out time is 10:30AM (this isn’t an option on the settings so we have to select 10:00) however later checkout is available on request. Please note: the 6 parking spaces are operated on a first come first served basis however most of our guests don't bring cars so they are usually available! Guest access The apartment is accessed via the main entrance then has its own individual entrance off the main corridor The only shared space is the laundry room which is accessible by all guests Other things to note The check in time is ‘flexible’.
