This beautiful and bright ground floor apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood next to the seaside area and close to the "Stavros Niarchos Foundation " park. Its ideal location allows you to explore the Athenian Riviera but also excellent areas of Piraeus such as Mikrolimano and Kastella. Fully equipped and with brand new furnitures, it promises to give you a comfortable stay. The space The ground floor apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed and the modern kitchen as well as the access to a veranda with a small garden . On the hallway you willfind a spacious wardrobes.Then the bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with also access to a quiet open space with a small table and chairs ideal for relaxing.I hope all my guests will enjoy their stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. The occupants of the apartment building are very friendly and the rules of quiet hours are respected. Other things to note The house is available for hosting 3 people as it includes a double bed in the bedroom and a half double sofa bed in the living room! Very close to the house you can find tranditional bakery "Zarogkikas" serving sweets snacks and coffee.Also nearby is a supermarket and a pharmacy. In a distance of 500 meters is the "Stavros Niarchos Foundation" park unique for its activities like as cycling,sports and various events. The house is very near to Makrygianni street which is the main market with all kind of stores and restaurants. Also it is very near to KESEN maritime training center in Agios Ioannis Rentis area. The choices for traveling are quite a few and the house is centrally located. You can explore picturesque places and neighborhoods like as Mikrolimano and Kastella.Piraeus Port is very near where you can take the ferries and explore the greek islands! Some usefull info for your transportation: Moschato Train station (Green line) which is connecting Piraeus Port and center of Athens and also places like Thiseio & Monastiraki square is 10 minutes away. Less than 5 minutes walking you can find Tram station connecting Piraeus Port, Syntagma and the southern suburbs by enjoying the beautiful Athens Riviera. In addition a Bus stop station that connecting to the International Airport with bus X96. Very near there is also Metropolitan Hospital , "Peace and Friendship Stadium" and Floisvos marina.
