Welcome to our modern 77 m² apartment in beautiful Battenberg. In our area there are numerous activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cycling, skiing and much more. 130 km of marked cycling and hiking trails await you. In Battenberg you will find an indoor and outdoor pool as well as various shopping facilities such as Edeka, bakeries, a butcher, gas station, the Festhalle and the Burgberghalle, all of which are within walking distance (1 km). The space The apartment is located on the second floor with a private entrance. The apartment offers: A bright kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a highchair with table. A newly renovated bathroom with a rain shower. A master bedroom with a cozy 1.80 m bed and wardrobe. Another bedroom with a comfortable 1.40 m bed. A living room with a fold-out sofa for one person as well as a wall unit with a 43-inch smart TV. All bedrooms and the living room have electric blinds. Guest access A lockable storage facility with electricity connection for e-bikes can optionally be booked in advance for €3/day per bicycle. The use of a grill in the cozy garden is possible by prior arrangement in the period from April to October.
