The flat is very well located in the capital of Minas Gerais, with several commercial points, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants in its surroundings. Very close to it are: - Renowned and classic bars and restaurants in the Lourdes neighborhood - Praça da Liberdade - Pre-university courses - DiamondMall - Central Market - Minascentro - Galeria do Ouvidor and downtown Good space for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, who can get around the area even on foot. The space We have a double bed, a sofa bed that accommodates one person, a full kitchen (fridge, cooktop, microwave, pots and utensils...), a table with two chairs, a 42-inch television, a full bathroom, a wardrobe and a small balcony. Split air conditioning. It accommodates very well! The place is cleaned between 12 noon and 2 p.m. on the day of check-in. *WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS. *WE DO NOT HAVE MINIBAR SERVICES. Guest access - Laundry available inside the building (Pilotis area), at an additional cost. - A parking space.
