The kitchen and bathroom have everything except a dishwasher. In the living room there is a 2-seater armchair, a table and an Ikea hanging cupboard. One of the rooms has a single bed and a wardrobe, the other has a bed made up of two mats on top of each other. In the entrance area there is a coat rack and a mirror. There is a table in each room and there are carpets on the floor. Additional costs such as water, electricity, gas, house fees and internet are not included in the price and are billed according to consumption. The prices stated in the ad are only valid for a maximum of 2 people and 5 month stays. Deposit is 700 euros Other things to note HOUSERULES (for Erasmus students) To enter the house with shoes, to smoke in the flat, having pets, sun bath on the balcony, friends staying over night or parties, celebrations, dinners are not allowed. • All the visitors must leave the flat until 10pm. • Between 23-07 o’clock is resting time. • Long time visits of close relatives( mother, father,girl-or boyfriend….) are allowed but time limited(7 days in total) and the landlord has to be informed about them before. • Please no friendship with cats To keep the silence in the night is required: • no party, no dinner, no barbecue in the evening • visitors are not allowed to be in the flat after 10pm. • silence in coming and going absolutly required • to do every thing in low volume Cleaning of the Flat It is necassary to be organised to keep the common areas clean like livingroom, bath, kitchen etc.(or you can employ a cleaning lady 1 time in month to do this) The airing of the Flat The airing of the flat is very important in the winter because of the condence water in the walls. Therefore it is necessery to open all the doors and windows at once for 5 minutes 2 times in the day Insurance The flat has no fire and flood insurance. ( recommended if you wish ) The flat has no burglary insurance. (recommended if you wish)
