Beautiful Villa in the Heart of Grace Bay!

Caicos Orchid Villa is the second of four houses in the small, gated community of Colibri Gardens found right in the heart of Grace Bay. With a large screened in patio and two pools to enjoy, you have the perfect balance of a serene, secluded space while still being within walking distance of the Grace Bay strip! Here you’ll find the best restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping on island but most importantly easy access to Grace Bay beach! The space The villa consists of two bedrooms each with their own full en suite. The third bedroom is a bright loft space which overlooks the main living area but has curtains that allow for more privacy. The living area includes a sofa bed, allowing us to accommodate up to 8 guests. The bedrooms and living area all have air conditioners and ceiling fans to keep the place cool. The living space also opens up onto a large screened in patio allowing the cool island breeze to flow in. Smart TVs can be found in both the living area and master bedroom. The kitchen is fitted with all stainless steel GE appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, along with everything else you need to be comfortable and prepare meals. A second dining and seating area can be found on the screened in patio along with the grill and a hammock. Connected to this is a smaller open air patio that is surrounded by palm trees and overlooks one of the two pools on the property. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and can enjoy two pool areas that are shared exclusively with other guests staying at one of the four Colibri Gardens Villas. Other things to note The villa is less than a 10 minute walk to Grace Bay beach. The Graceway Gourmet supermarket is just a 5 minute walk away, for all your self catering needs. A collapsable trolley can be found in the villa to make grocery runs easy. Some of the best restaurants in Providenciales are found in the heart of Grace Bay just a 5 minute walk away, along with great shopping, coffee shops and more. This villa is perfect for families and a travel crib is available for young children. WiFi is included at no additional cost. Access to the washer and dryer is available upon request.
