On the street itself you have 5 workshops, 2 restaurants, 2 small markets that can be accessed on foot. The space Single-story house, cozy and with new furniture and new utensils for your stay. Bedrooms: • 1st double bedroom with queen-size bed and 1 single bed, column fan and nightstand, bed linens, towels and soaps. • 2nd double bedroom with double bed, column fan, nightstand, bed linens, towels and soaps. • As described: Each room includes 01 full set of bed linens, face and bath towels, bedspreads, pillows and blanket. ⚠️ No need to bring these items for short-term stays. Unless it's winter, because Cunha is cold, so it's good to bring an extra blanket. Kitchen: • Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, 4-burner cooktop, blender, and various utensils available for a great dining experience. Leisure area: • The house has its own barbecue area with a barbecue grill and tables. Room: • Room with 50-inch high-definition smart TV, 3-seat sofa, armchair and 1 sofa bed (containing 1 extra bed underneath) On the outside balcony of the main entrance we have a hammock. With room for 1 compact motorcycle. We do not have a garage for vehicles in this apartment, but the street is quiet and has several free parking spaces.
