Our little piece of paradise nestled on the edge of the woods but still in heart of downtown Pawleys. 1 block from Franks bar and restaurant, a few blocks to downtown Pawleys, and 4 blocks to the beach and many golf courses. Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA. The space All the amenities of home in a spacious tiny home! King sized super comfy bed that feels like sleeping on clouds, big super sized Tub/shower. Large walk-in closet with shelving. The kitchen has all the creature comforts you could want including dishwasher, oven/stove, big kitchen island with seating, coffee maker and small air fryer. Equipped with pots and pans and cutlery as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion, all you need is your toothbrush and your clothes and what your mama gave you, and you will be set! You also have a nice big deck with picnic table for your own personal use, a shared laundry, and a bbq for your own use. On the property you have about 1/4 acre to yourself so feel free to bring your toys. We love to play fetch with our tiny dogs that match the tiny house. There is an ev/rv 50 amp charger at the entrance of your unit located on the backside of the power panel.
