Stunning mountain views & sprawling acres of privacy in this ranch style guest suite on a private family estate. 10 Acres of serene mature Alaskan wilderness away from it all. Exceptional recreation location nearby prime ice fishing/ATV/snow machine trails and ample parking for all of your large adventure vehicles. Unwind and getaway from the big city, enjoy the large backyard space & fire pit for stargazing or northern lights viewing with no city lights. Privacy and views unlike any other. The space Guesthouse on the bluff is a completely private separate apartment with private garage, attached to our shop. We typically do not access our shop while hosting, we like to give our guests complete privacy. You will likely only encounter hosts on the property during longer stays for property maintenance (snow removal, lawn care). Plenty of outdoor space for parking RVs or maneuvering vehicles/trailers. Excellent birdwatching spot: lively chickadees, nuthatches, swallows, eagles & falcons! Kitchen has all of the essentials. Hot coffee & refreshing beverages always stocked. Early check in (2pm) and late check out (2pm) are standard for a stress free stay. This guesthouse is the ideal overnight space for 2 adults but we are willing to accommodate 3 guests total. Please note the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom, and the second sleeping area is the pull out couch bed in the living room. We are located in a very rural area, but just 15 min to town. We recommend stopping for any groceries or essentials prior to arrival. Guest access Guests have complete access to their guesthouse, their garage, their parking areas, entire backyard. We like to provide complete privacy for our guests, please kindly respect the hosts privacy as well, the guesthouse is attached to our shophouse. Other things to note CREATIVE IDEAS? Pets are not permitted to be left loose in the home unattended. Pets MUST be watched closely when outdoors due to inherent danger of wild moose, bear, fox, and poisonous plants and should never be left unattended outdoors. Moose and Bear kill pets. Pet safety is wholly the responsibility of the booking guest. Owners must pick up after their pets both inside and outside. Pets are explicitly prohibited from being on furniture.
