One Bed Self Contained flat, in the heart of Ferryhill. Flat benefits from a Modern Kitchen with Washer / Dryer, Fridge Freezer and modern appliances for cooking, including a 4L Air Fryer and Microwave Oven. 4G Wifi is included in your stay along with Smart TV with all the apps you need. Available as a Double or Twin along with sofa bed in the living area allowing for comfortable accommodation of up to three adults. The space Your own Front Door leads to a hallway for storing shoes and coats, stairwell leads to an open plan living / dining area, separate bedroom ( available as a Double or Twin sleeping ) and Family bathroom with shower cubicle and waterfall shower, with heated towel rail. Please allow 24 hours notice to change King to Twin Beds, sadly we can't offer this for same days bookings made after 11am. Guest access The flat is a First floor flat. Own separate access, front door and stair well. Keys will be left in a secure lock box outside the front door allowing you to arrive at anytime, the code will be text and e-mailed to you on the day of arrival and after safe reciept if your ID. Feel free to leave the keys in the lockbox when you are out and about. At the end of your stay, please simply lock up and place the keys back in the lock box. Should you need us, you will be provided with a direct contact number should you need us during your stay. Other things to note ** Please note ** After booking guests will automatically be sent an online check inform that collects the below information – • Name. • Address. • Provide ID to confirm home address. • DOB • Number of Additional Guests And asked to electronically sign our Guest Contract, a copy of which can be provided on request.
