It’s perfectly situated to explore some of Kelowna’s best spots including a wine tour at one of the local wineries, a quick 18 at one of the golf courses or hitting the hiking or biking trails. It has an en suite bathroom with a soaker bath, separate shower, TV with cable, and a large closet. Room 2: This room has a queen size bed, shares the common bathroom, has a TV with cable and closet. Common Bathroom: bathroom with a shower and tub. Kitchen: Fully furnished kitchen with an oven, four-burner gas stove, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and island. It’s equipped with all the kitchen utensils and gadgets to prepare a gourmet meal. Living Room: The living room is furnished with a sofa couch, chair, smart TV with cable and patio entrance. You can enjoy the sunshine from this room most of the day. Note: there will be new furniture coming in June, including a sofa bed. Outdoor area: The patio contains a seating area where you can enjoy coffee in the morning and sun and drinks in the afternoon with views of the orchard. Other things to note: Barona Beach is a smoke free (cigarettes, vape, marijuana) complex by strata by law which is strictly enforced with a $200 fine. There is no smoking in public, private areas or in the condo; there is a designated smoking area. All common spaces are also available: hot tub, salt water pool, gym, and spa. The pool and gym are now open with new guidelines due to the pandemic.
