Welcome to 3ONE8 Manzanita; a newly remodeled, private home retreat in Manzanita, Oregon. 3ONE8 is the perfect escape for couples and small families who enjoy high end furnishings in a casual and modern setting. 1.5 blocks to Laneda Ave (main street with all the shops), 3.5 blocks to the beach and private back yard, fire pit and views of 6th green on the golf course. MCA #598 - #4 ranked Airbnb Manzanita rental based on Airdna's independent rating system. The space Interior amenities include acacia hardwood flooring, new kitchen appliances, All-Clad cookware, Ceasarstone counters, Ann Sacks tiled bathroom with walk in Hansgrohe shower and heated marble flooring, dimmable LED lighting throughout, Spectrum Wi-Fi, newer contemporary furniture and other high end finishes. It's hard to find a vacation rental in Manzanita, or on the coast for that matter, that isn't dark, dated or decorated by your great aunt. The interior layout, designed by TVA Architects of Portland, is open while still intimate. Both bedrooms feature new queen size beds, new carpeting and the larger bedroom has a ROKU Smart TV w/ YouTubeTV. Main living area is dynamite and has terrific flow - it's one big great room with great light and views to the golf course in the back yard. Another ROKU Smart TV w/ YouTubeTV is in living area. You also have your own private backyard complete with modern patio furniture, fire pit, charcoal & electric grills and golf course views. Our favorite part of staying at 3ONE8? Sipping fresh coffee on the back patio in the morning (or cold IPA at cocktail hour) and watching the birds and squirrels play in the pine trees and watching the golfer's terrible tee shots into the 6th green - all while hearing the ocean in the background. Airbnb Manzanita Oregon vacation rentals. 3ONE8 Manzanita ~ it’s beautiful here ~ MCA #598 SISTER PROPERTY: 3THREE8 Manzanita is the adjoining property for stays of at least one month (30 days) - a great option if you’re considering an extended stay at the coast as you pay no service fees or lodging taxes. It’s the exact same layout as 3ONE8; 2BR/1BA w/ private back yard and patio. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Private entrance with lock box. Side yard with gate access to back yard. Back yard has patio table, 4 chairs, charcoal and electric grills, marshmallow roasting sticks, river rock lined fire pit and some logs to sit on. And there's a hose out back to hose off sandy dog paws if needed ... or sandy kid feet! Please wipe down your dogs (and kids) before entering the house if you've been at the beach or out in the rain. Good idea to empty kid's pockets too if you've been at the beach - thanks! Other things to note The vision of the 3ONE8 studs-out remodel was to create a hip and fresh place for rental guests, family and friends to enjoy in our favorite coastal town, Manzanita. We stayed at probably 20 different short term Manzanita rentals in 'the pool' back in the day. It's a crap shoot out there. It's hard to find either brand new structures or remodels and how did the remodels turn out and what kind of furnishings are you experiencing? And where in Manzanita is the property actually located? You won’t find any oak furniture, brass lamps, quilts on the bed that were cool in the 80’s, stained carpeting, saggy sofas, crappy pots/pans or seagull artwork on the wall from 1978. Everything is relatively new, everything works, the kitchen is dialed beyond belief and the place will always be clean upon arrival. WE ALLOW GOOD DOGS: $20 per dog per night, two dog max, for dogs under 50 lbs. $25 per dog over 50 lbs, please. We do not want dogs on furniture. We have two dogs towels provided by the front door ... or bring your own dog towels - and we ask that you wipe down your dogs after returning from the beach or coming in from the rain. It's easier to do this by taking the dog out back, through the side yard entrance, and you can keep a towel back there hanging on a hook/nail by the slider glass door. And then let the pooch in the house. Please, no dogs on the furniture. CHARCOAL and ELECTRIC BBQ’s provided - bring your own charcoal. FIRE PIT: Bring your own wood or buy at either of the two grocery stores in town. Marshmallow/hot dog roasting sticks by bbq. BEACH WAGON: provided on side yard to take your stuff down to the beach for the day - some left over kid toys provided like pale, shovel, etc. RECYCLING: Manzanita does not have curbside recycling - it's a pain in the rear. Options; either leave recycling (please rinse, clean & drain first) in the hall closet tubs and we'll take care of it ... or if you're willing and have room in your car, it would BE AWESOME if you can haul it back to your bins back home - if applicable! Most cleaning companies in the area just toss it in the trash - which we aren't fans of but ... it's one of those things. Thanks in advance if you're able to do that! OUTSIDE/BEACH TOWELS: There are five beach towels and one outside blanket in the hall closet. Please don't use gray bath towels or inside blankets for beach or outdoor use. There are two dedicated dog towels in the wicker basket by the front door. TWO NIGHT MINIMUM ON WEEKENDS - unless very last minute - thank you. LOCATION/PROPERTY - ARRIVING IN THE DARK: Enter 318 S. 4th Place before you head out to the coast. We're on S. 4th PLACE ... not S. 4th STREET! Most street lights are dark once you get off of the main roads. Once you're heading down Laneda Avenue you'll see Pete Anderson Realty on the left corner ... that's S. 4th Place .... hang a left and we're 1.5 blocks down on the left. Property is one half of a duplex and we've taken great measures to ensure your peace and quiet. The other side is our furnished, 30 day minimum vacation rental called 3THREE8 Manzanita - very high end similar to 3ONE8. Quiet Rock product was installed on the common wall during the studs out remodels - you won't hear a peep. Backyards and parking are totally separate and private. The usual guest is a retired single person or couple - and maybe a small dog. Very quiet and respectful clientele.
