In the Southern French Alps, on the outskirts of the very charming village of Colmars-les-Alpes, lies this completely renovated chalet. The chalet is very luxuriously finished, full of comforts and has a living area of no less than 280m². This very comfortable chalet has excellent vacation opportunities for both summer and winter, among others. Cycling, cross-country skiing, hiking and skiing. Espace Lumière (2600 m) is one of the largest ski areas in the Southern Alps. The space On the ground floor, there is a large hall with a toilet room with toilet and urinal. Furthermore, a very spacious living/dining room with a beautiful fireplace and a kitchen of almost 85m² in total.
