The space The house is a renovated Villa by the Sea. There are 2 floors with 6 bedrooms - 1 bedroom on the first floor and 5 more on the 2nd floor. Sleeping arrangements: 1st floor - 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom, providing easy access. 2nd floor - The suite: a large bedroom with a king size bed, sofa bed, TV and a private bathroom - 2 more bedrooms with a queen sized bed, sharing 1 bathroom - 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom - 1 bedroom with a queen size ben and a private bathroom On the 2nd floor there’s a small kitchenette and a balcony surrounding the house. Returning to the first floor, you'll find a generously-sized, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, where culinary adventures come to life. This kitchen is a chef's haven, outfitted with all the necessary appliances including an oven, stove, fridge, toaster, and coffee machine. It's well-stocked with a range of cookware and utensils, quality dinnerware, essential cooking basics, and more – making meal preparation a delight. Adjacent to this kitchen is where the spacious living room beckons. Adorned with a TV and a comforting fireplace, it's the ideal spot to relax and soak in the breathtaking vistas of the Evian mountains gently meeting the sea – all from the comfort of the living room sofa. Yet, the heart of the villa lies outdoors in our expansive ocean-view yard. Here, a 9m x 4m pool awaits, beckoning you to take a refreshing dip or simply lounge by its side. With direct beach access and an outdoor BBQ area, you're invited to savor lazy afternoons under the sun, mesmerized by the infinity pool's allure, while the distant silhouette of majestic mountains adds to the enchanting backdrop. At our Villa by the Sea, every corner is crafted to ensure your stay is filled with comfort, relaxation, and the beauty of coastal living. Guest access All house and pool areas are 100% private and there are no shared areas by other guests. Guests have access to a private pool with modern outdoor furniture, sun-beds and a beautiful landscaped garden which also offers an outdoor dining table, BBQ area, Toddler swing set with slide and two hammocks for reading or just to soak in the serenity view.
