The space We want your stay with us to be a relaxing experience, so there isn't a long list of checkout chores. All we ask is that you treat our home with respect and care (no smoking or vaping of any kind) and remember that our neighbors are not vacationing and may not appreciate loud noises late at night. Linens and some basic essentials are provided. There is plenty of room to park your boat if you want to bring it along. Guest access Guests will have the entire property to themselves, however, there is a full unfinished basement that will not be accessible by guests. Home has a private yard surrounded by trees in a quiet neighborhood less than 1 mile from the center of town. There is a coffee shop, Mexican restaurant, hamburger/hotdog place, an ice cream shop that also sells sandwiches and pizza, as well as Dollar General. You are 12 mins from the city of Clemson, 36 mins from downtown Greenville and Falls Park, and 45 mins from GSP airport. You won't have to go far to find lots of waterfalls and hiking trails to suit any activity level. Lake Jocassee, Lake Keowee, and Lake Hartwell are nearby where you can enjoy lots of water activities like fishing, swimming, kayaking, etc. You can rent a pontoon for the day or rent kayaks and paddle around Jocassee to see the waterfalls on the lake. Lake Jocassee also has a great place to scuba dive. There are several whitewater rafting outfits nearby that can provide a fun guided trip or go your own way and explore our beautiful rivers. There are several golf and disc golf courses, outdoor flea markets, horseback riding, dirk bike and mountain bike trails, and much more. For indoor activities, there are many cultural venues like The Brooks Center in Clemson, the Peace Center or TD Center in Greenville, Anderson Civic Center, as well as several small community theaters. Lots of antiques stores, indoor flea markets, museums, escape rooms, and so much more to keep you busy. After spending the day adventuring, you can come back to relax in your private hot tub on a screened porch and listen to nature as you unwind.
