There is also a good sized “mudroom/rear entrance” to store golf clubs and beach gear. There is TV satellite cable and internet. There are full sized laundry facilities in the cottage. There is one bathroom with a tub enclosure. There is a fenced front yard for kids to play or for adults to play some washer toss. You can walk anywhere from the house- across the street from Cabot links and a block from Route 19 Pub and the path to the gorgeous beach.
