Charming house in golden stones

The house is located in Bagnols, a Beaujolais village in the heart of the vineyards. 30 km from Lyon on the A89, come and discover our region and our typical villages with golden stones, such as the famous medieval city of Oingt and its artisans. Enjoy a green setting with plenty of opportunities for walks and hikes. If you love old stones, nature and calm, come and recharge your batteries in an authentic and peaceful place. The space The accommodation is a small, secluded, enclosed property, comprising two independent dwellings. You will have full use of the large courtyard and its flower-filled terrace; only the entrance to the enclosed area is shared. The house at your disposal is accessed by a staircase and has a small balcony. On this first floor are the open-plan kitchen with a dining area, the bathroom/WC and a living room. Upstairs, the furnished landing provides access to the 2 large bedrooms, the first with a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm, the second with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm). It is possible to add a travel cot or a folding bed for 1 person for a child. Towels and sheets are provided Guest access The house is a short walk from the center of the village, parking is available there but a medium-sized vehicle can park in front of the house. Other things to note You will be 3.5 km from Bois d'Oingt where you will find all the essential shops: bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, press... and a weekly market
