Guest access The house shown in the photos. Other things to note Guests must read the house rules listed below before their stay. We kindly ask to treat the property with care and respect. Rules: 1. Smoking is not allowed in the property. It is only allowed where the ash stray stand is placed outside. It is right next to the entrance. If traces of smoking is found, we will assess a ￥50,000 charge for smoke odor removal. 2. We charge ￥20,000 for lost key. 3. Pets/ any sort of animals are not allowed in the premise. We will charge ￥50,000 if pets/ animals were brought in the premise. 4. There will be an additional ￥100,000 charge if the premise is contaminated with any vomit or excrement. Charges will also occur when toilets are clogged or unable to flush after guest's stay. 5. Eating and drinking is not allowed in the tatami-room and any of the bedrooms. There will be an additional ￥100,000 charge if any damage or contamination is found in the tatami-room, ￥100,000 charge in the bedrooms and common room area on the second floor. 6. Additional cleaning service is ￥20,000. If guests wish to request for additional cleaning service during their stay, message us directly on Airbnb app. 7. No shoes in the house. 8. No additional guests (beyond the guests who are registered and paid for) will be allowed to visit the property. If any additional guests are brought and stayed after checking in, ￥10,000　will be charged per additional guest. 9. Suitcases are required to be stored in the storage room next to the entrance hall. We do not allow guests rolling suitcases on the property floor and bringing suitcases to the second floor, to prevent any damages/ scratches on the walls, stairs and closets. 10. Removing dusts or hair from the filter cases* in the washing machine is required after use. If the removal is not done, dusts or hair will be attached to your clothing when washing again. *They are placed on two sides of the tank.
