The safety of the child(ren) will rest on the supervision of the parents. ~Please make sure to close and lock the doors and windows when leaving the house. ~Pets have to be on the leash at all time when in public areas. Pet fee covers only additional wear and tear on the property. By staying with us pets owners agree that they are fully responsible for all damages and injuries that result from their pets. Pets owners have to clean after the pets. Owners of the property can’t be held liable for any issues that result from the pets brought by the guests. Restricted breeds not allowed. - we reserve a right to charge for excessive use of utilities, that won't happen unless there is abnormal usage - retaliatory reviews will be removed - we require signed lease agreement for extended stays over 7 days.
