The house is on a quiet street near several beaches: Barra da Ibiraquera, near lakes and essential shops, Praia do Rosa, Praia da Vila, Garopaba 20 minutes away, 1 km from Br 101. We do not receive pets because we have 2 kittens. The backyard is attached but super private. The house can accommodate up to 8 people with some criteria.
