Höganäs Villa close to nature

Well-equipped comfortable accommodation for the family, a group of friends or you who want a stay close to nature. Urban areas are conveniently located. The nature conservation area across the road provides unique nature experiences and Farhult's sandy beach for swimming. The Skåneleden hiking trail is close. You can hike towards Höganäs via Kullaberg or north towards Ängelholm. The Kattegattleden cycle path provides safe and comfortable cycling, both day trips and longer excursions. Proximity to roads makes it easy to find your way here. The space Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (double bed + single bed) and a toilet. Downstairs, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, a living room with a dining table and a sofa. The large garden is protected. There are fruit trees, lilac bushes, and a fully grown book. Fences around the entire garden make it safe to let both baby and dog out. Rocky surfaces make it easy and safe to use the charcoal grill. Possibility to sit both under the bar sky and under the roof in glassed-in patio. Guests can pick fruit, berries, herbs and rhubarb in the garden. In the house there are games, books and puzzles for all ages and toys for children about 3-12 years. In the glassed-in patio, there are beach toys and games to use outdoors. Guest access As a guest, you have the whole house, garden, glazed patio and stone terraces to yourself. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is located in the house on the property. It is also exclusive to you during your stay. The garden is private and surrounded by fences with gates. Possibility to rinse off bicycles in the yard. We, the hosts, live about 10 km from the house, so if something is missing or not working during the stay, we can quickly come to fix any problems. Other things to note You as a guest should clean before departure. There is an instruction on what to clean and cleaning materials are located in the house. We expect you to leave the house in the same good condition as when you checked in. As a guest, please sort garbage during your stay. It is important to sort different materials in the different barrels by the parking area, otherwise the space in the barrels is not enough. If the trash is mixed or misplaced, we may need to charge a fee for it. We take care to keep clean and in order and would like you to let me know if the house does not meet your expectations regarding that. As a rule we come and do gardening on Sundays. We will contact you so you know when we are coming. We can agree with you on a time that suits you if you have special plans for the day.
