Beach villa in Langezand

Our beautiful Beachvilla it Langezand is in a unique location on a Beach Resort in Makkum. Located directly on the water with its own jetty for fishing or for mooring your (rented) sloop or boat. From the garden, where you can enjoy the sun all day, you have a view of the IJsselmeer. Makkum is also a paradise for water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. At a short distance, you walk directly to the beach with its boulevard with various shops and restaurants. The space Our beach villa of approximately 111 m2 can accommodate up to 6 adults and/or children. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. First floor: The villa has a spacious living room with television, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with microwave-oven combination, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, toaster and refrigerator. There is also a storage room with a washer/dryer combination and a freezer. Also on the first floor is a bathroom with Finnish sauna, whirlpool bath and separate toilet. Wifi and some fixed internet connection points are available throughout the house. Second floor: Here you will find 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Boxsping for 2 persons 180 cm x 200 cm (2 single beds) + closet + extra sink. Bedroom 2: Two single beds 90cm x 200 cm + closet. Bedroom 3: Two single beds of 90cm x 200 cm + closet. Bathroom: Shower, toilet and washbasin. Guest access Upon arrival at the property you will find a key box outside. You will receive a personal code for this during your stay. There is also a barrier pass waiting for you in the house. This allows you to reach the house with your car. If this pass is lost or missing, we will charge €18. Other things to note The bed linen and towel package, as well as the tourist tax, are included in the rental price.
