Quiet Family Getaway with Pool

Welcome to this peaceful family getaway in the quiet Caine Woods section of North OCMD. This two bed, two bath condo is located 4 blocks from the beach. The space When first entering the unit, you are welcomed by a private courtyard which has two chairs that are perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The courtyard also offers plenty of storage space for all of your beach gear. Above the courtyard, is an upper deck with a table and chair set. This air conditioned unit has a living room with a sofa bed and flat screen smart TV. All of the TVs in the unit are smart TV's and the unit offers free Wi-Fi so you can stream whatever streaming services you have. The kitchen is fully equipped and has several amenities such as icemaker, microwave and dishwasher. A washer/dryer set is located right off the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV with a full bathroom attached. The second bedroom has two full beds with a TV. The second full bathroom is located across the hall from the second bedroom. There is a community in-ground pool just around the corner from the unit. The condo association provides lounge chairs and picnic tables with umbrellas in the pool area. Outside of the pool area is an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Guest access Guests have access to the private courtyard area, deck above the courtyard and the Whispering Woods Community pool. All items left at the condo can be used by the guests. Other things to note Tenant must supply bed linens and towels, as well as paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels. No pets. Non smoking. Not handicapped accessible as you have to climb stairs to enter/exit unit.
