IT IS 390 METERS FROM FORTE BEACH! - Our street starts at the beach. - A (spacious) parking space for the apartment (on the ground floor). - Bike rack. AIR CONDITIONING AND FAN - Two air-conditioned bedrooms (en-suite, and bedroom 3). - One with a great new fan (bedroom 2). Total: 3 Bedrooms. - We have closets or hangers in all rooms. GOURMET BALCONY - The apartment is spacious, cozy and equipped with the basics. The gourmet balcony overlooks a beautiful landscape of Xixová and Serra do Mar. ACCOMMODATES 6 GUESTS IN TOTAL COMFORT - Excellent Wi-Fi. CLOSE TO FORTE BEACH - Walk 37 yards to set foot on Canto do Forte Beach and enjoy the sea and the Orla promenade! Close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, bakeries, pharmacies and other essential shops. PROTECTIVE NETS - We have nets on all windows and technical area.
