Hillview Apartment is a one-bedroom, self-catering apartment situated in a quiet residential area of Huntly, ideal for both work and leisure. Conveniently located, it’s just a 10 minute walk from the railway station and 5 minutes from the bus stop in the town square and local amenities. It also provides a great base for exploring the Castle, Whisky and Walking Trails, with the historic Huntly Castle just a short walk away. The space Originally, the main house operated as a B&B, but the owners (my parents!) have since retired, leaving only the apartment for guests to enjoy. The private entrance is on the ground floor to the right of the property. Upon entering, a hallway leads you to the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, air fryer, washing machine and small dining table & chairs. The living area has TV with Freeview, wifi and a two-seater sofa bed. A door from the living area leads to the bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table/desk, hairdryer and an ensuite shower room. The central heating operates on a timer but a fan heater is also provided. There is a small drying area outside the entrance and also an indoor drying rack, ironing board, and iron available.
