Comfortable en suite bedroom with a balcony over the Atlantic Forest in a large tropical garden with a swimming pool - situated in a residential area within walking distance to the famous Quadrado The space The en suite bedroom is located on the first floor of the main house (occupied by the owner) in a huge tropical garden. It has separate access and its own balcony from where you have a great view over the Atlantic Forest. The room has a double bed, split air-conditioning, WiFi internet access, satellite TV (LED), and a safe. A mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and dishes are also at your service. We don't serve breakfast anymore. The pool is shared with other guests. The historical village center (the famous "Quadrado") is 15 minutes (1 km) from the house, the beach is about 30 minutes (1,9 km) away, a charming walk through paths lined with hibiscus and bougainvillea. Guest access Guests have access to the garden and pool. There is a parking spot on the property. Other things to note Please do not smoke inside the room. Please turn the air conditioning off when going out. Visitors are not allowed. Thank you!
