The whole apartment is barrier-free and on the ground floor. It also has its own terrace overlooking the garden and dyke. Free parking is available. A dog can be brought for an extra charge (one-time €30.00). If you want towels and linens, it costs a one-time fee of EUR 20.00 per person. Guest access There is a laundry room in the building with a washing machine and dryer that can be used for a fee. If you bring your bike, you can use the in-house bike cellar - charging facilities for e-bikes are also available. Other things to note As a holiday apartment guest, you can use the wellness & spa area of the Elbstrand Resort Krautsand for 15.00 EUR per person/week. It is located in the Elbstrand Hotel and is open daily from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. The hotel is about 800 m from the apartment. The ticket is available directly in the SPA area.
